Welcome to VistoPilot. These terms are the agreement between you and Forgutti Unipessoal Lda (“VistoPilot”, “we”) when you use our website and app. We've kept them plain. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to what's below.

Using VistoPilot

VistoPilot gives you AI-assisted, source-cited information about moving to and living in Portugal, plus tools to turn that into a plan. You may use it for your own relocation and everyday needs.

Acceptable use

Please don't use VistoPilot to:

• break the law or help anyone else do so;
• submit false documents or misrepresent your circumstances to authorities;
• scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or overload it;
• upload content you don't have the right to share.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 to hold an account.

Payments & subscriptions

VistoPilot is free to start. Paid plans (such as Pro) are billed in euros on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. If a charge isn't right, you can request a refund within 2 days — see our Refunds & cancellations policy for the details.

VistoPilot provides information to help you make decisions — it is not a law firm and does not give regulated legal advice. For your specific case, please see our Disclaimer.

Liability

We work hard to be accurate and current, but immigration rules change and we can't guarantee every answer fits your exact situation. To the extent the law allows, VistoPilot isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use VistoPilot after that means you accept the updated terms.
