Refunds & cancellations

You can cancel your VistoPilot subscription anytime, and if something isn't right you can request a refund within 2 days of a charge.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account, in one click. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep everything you paid for until then. There are no lock-ins and no cancellation fees. After the period ends, your account simply returns to the Free plan.
Free trial
Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost — so you're only billed once you've had a chance to decide.
Refunds
If you're charged and something isn't right, email us at support@vistopilot.com within 2 days of the charge and we'll refund it. Please include the email on your account and the date of the charge so we can find it quickly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Digital service
VistoPilot is a digital subscription service delivered online. Outside the 2-day window above, subscription charges for a completed billing period are generally non-refundable, but you can always cancel to avoid future charges. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
